I would like to ...Thank you for this great posting. I would like to add that the so-called scientific proof of the bad effects of 'institutionalisation' are primarily based on the Bucharest Early Intervention Project. That project was based on research in ONE institution, a Romanian children's home for children 0-3 years. I would not call that representative. And at the heart of it was Federici.
